ABOUT OUR CLUB

Wembley Downs Junior Football Club is a thriving local junior Australian Rules Football club, associated with the Claremont Football Club – Tigers District.

At Wembley Downs JFC we aim to promote an environment that fosters the development of individual and team skills, fitness and sportsmanship.  

Based in the western suburbs of Perth, the club draws players from City Beach, Churchlands, Doubleview, Wembley Downs and Woodlands. Our home grounds are A S Luketina Reserve, Buntine Road in Wembley Downs and Empire Avenue Reserve, Ednah St, Wembley Downs.

We are also very proud to have been awarded Best Junior Club in the Claremont District for 2016 (following on from the same award in 2015) with our coaching staff and players also winning Claremont District awards.

2017 was also our 50th anniversary!! We celebrated with nearly 250 past and current players and members in attendance recounting fond footy memories of the last 5 decades of our wonderful Club.
