First Aid training

Due to changes in the WAFC by-laws, it is highly recommended that each team has a qualified first aider. 

The Wembley Downs Junior Football Club is therefore pleased to host a 1-day training course in first aid on Saturday 22 April from 9.30am at Luketina.

The cost of the course is $99; however, the Club will part-subsidise one position for each team (reducing the cost to $50 per person), to ensure each team has a qualified first aider. 

Previously known as Apply first aid or Senior first aid, this training course will give you the skills and knowledge required to provide First Aid response, life support, management of casualty(s), the incident and other first aiders, in a range of situations, including in the home, workplace or within the community, until the arrival of medical or other assistance. 

**Please note it is a requirement of this course that practical demonstration of CPR must be performed on the floor.**
