100 Club - Round 19 – Friday 27th July, Essendon v Sydney

The idea of the 100 club is to give past players and parents an opportunity to continue to support our great club and to also maintain friendships with people from your time at the club. 

 

How it works: People are invited to join the Wembley Downs JFC 100 club and donate $100 to the 100 Club. This money is used to provided equipment and support to the club, the 100 club have already donated Televisions, BBQ’s, Framed past player jumpers and was a major sponsor of last year’s 50th celebration.  

 

Items currently under discussion for the 100 club to assist the club with are the purchase of a  Defibrillator for the clubrooms and New lights for Empire Avenue reserve.

 

We plan four get togethers an AFL season on a Friday night to gather and have a drink with some food and talk about how good our kids were and our time at the club.  

 

The dates for this year’s 100 club meetings are as follows:

 

1.      Round 6 – Friday 27th  April, Bulldogs  v Blues

2.      Round 9 – Friday 18th May, Crows v Bulldogs  

3.      Round 16 -Friday 6th  July,  Richmond v Crows

4.      Round 19 - Friday 27th July, Essedon vs Sydney

5.      Round 22 – Friday 17th  August, Richmond v Essendon
